Warranty/Return Information

Orders may be returned up to 7 calendar day's from the day of shipment to you on un-used new items. Any item that was used in ANY manner CANNOT BE RETURNED. 10 day rule does not apply to non special items. All Items on "Special" or Blem Bats are Final sales, those are non-returnable. All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee as well as applicable shipping fee's if you received free shipping on the original order.  For all returns, please e-mail for an RMA number. Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging and be in saleable condition, This means "NEW" as we sent it. Once it is used it CANNOT be returned for any reason. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns. Warranties are only valid for bats that are IN-LINE. Any discontinued items, closeout items or cosmetic blems no longer carry ANY WARRANTY
